LOCATION - Lat 48°05'46.0", long 123°10'08.8" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SE 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.15, T.30 N., R.4 W., Clallam County, WA, Hydrologic Unit 17110020, near Sequim. WA.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 289 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 279 ft, bottom of last opening 289 ft. Depth 288 ft. 3-inch diameter pvc casing. Drilled observation well, confined.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 157.92 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of PVC pipe 0.5 ft below LSD, 0.5 ft below land-surface datum, Jul. 2, 2007 to present. The elevation from the Puget Sound lidar Consortium is 158 ft. MSL (NAVD88) (or 157.5 ft. MSL for MP at the top of the PVC) and was provided by Washington State Department of Ecology. Levels run on September 10, 2019 using differential levels from WSDOT survey monuments (CARLSBORG 1955 ID#2079 and CARLSBORG RM1 1955 ID#2080) with an elevation of 157.92 to the nail serving as the gage datum. The measuring point is the top of the 3-inch diameter pvc casing, -0.50 ft. below LSD, which is clearly marked.

Highest instantaneous water level recorded was 39.37 feet below land surface datum, March 8, 2018: Lowest instantaneous water level recorded was 44.48 feet below land surface datum, August 28, 2023.
Highest USGS measured discrete water level was 39.42 feet below land surface datum on February 12, 2018 and lowest measured discrete water level was 43.25 feet below land surface datum on August 16, 2023
