LOCATION - Lat 45°36'29", long 68°53'18" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Penobscot County, ME, Hydrologic Unit 01020001, on abandoned dirt road, about 8.0 miles southwest of Millinocket, about 0.4 miles south of South Twin Lake and east of Sandy Brook, T4 Indian Purchase. Owner: U.S. Geological Survey.
REVISIONS HISTORY - Revisions: Groundwater levels for the period Apr. 20, 2008 to Nov. 1, 2017 were revised on Sept. 20, 2018 to account for movement of the measuring point (MP), based on annual surveying. Revised daily values are computed for a standard time day period instead of a daylight savings time day period due to changes in processing systems.
