LOCATION - Lat 43°06'48.5", long 121°30'51.5" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SE 1/4 NW 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.27, T.2800 S., R.1000 E., Klamath County, OR, Hydrologic Unit 18010201, 0.1 mile from Jack Creek. The well is located 4.3 miles northwest of the Silver Lake Hwy on Forest Service Rd. 83 within the Chemult Ranger District of the Winema National Forest.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 407 ft. Upper casing diameter 10 in; top of first opening 300 ft, bottom of last opening 407 ft. Well unused.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 4,889 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Transfer MP created for migration, 0 ft above land-surface datum, Sep. 12, 1991 to Oct. 26, 2000; Lip of cap, 0.4 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 25, 2000 to present.
