- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 42°12'40.56", long 72°49'01.19" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Hampden County, MA, Hydrologic Unit 01080206, Located in grassy area and tree-line at the corner of Russell Road and driveway to cemetery, about 500 ft south of intersection of Main Road and Russell Road in Montgomery.

WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 18 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 8 ft, bottom of last opening 18 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 1,059.31 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: top of well casing, 1.0 ft above land-surface datum, May. 21, 1986 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - May 1986 to current year.
GAGE - Measurements are taken quarterly by USGS personnel using a calibrated electric tape.
