- Water-Year Summary reports summarize a year of hydrologic data in a printer-friendly format.
- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 42°06'10", long 71°42'14" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Worcester County, MA, Hydrologic Unit 01090003, Located approximately 125 ft northeast of Main Street and 10 ft west of Route 146 north on-ramp in Northbridge.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 12 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 10 ft, bottom of last opening 12 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 369.28 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: top of well casing, 2.0 ft above land-surface datum, Aug. 21, 1984 to Oct. 1, 1992; top of well casing, 2.87 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 1, 1992 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - August 1984 to current year.
GAGE - Measurements are taken quarterly by USGS Personnel using a calibrated electric tape.
