LOCATION - Lat 42°03'47.1", long 121°45'40.1" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NW 1/4 SE 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.28, T.4000 S., R.900 E., Klamath County, OR, Hydrologic Unit 18010204, adjacent to the Klamath Hills. The well is located off of Lower Klamath Lake Rd. south of Klamath Falls.
REVISIONS HISTORY - Revisions: Groundwater levels for the period Oct. 10, 2019 to Jan. 12, 2021, were revised on Mar. 14, 2022, due to miscalculated drift correction.
