LOCATION - Lat 41°55'46", long 71°47'47" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Providence County, RI, Hydrologic Unit 01100001,

Located approximately 0.15 mi east of the Connecticut border and 0.90 mi north of Route 44 in Burrillville.

REVISIONS HISTORY - Field measurements reported in North American Vertical Datum of 1988 and National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929 were revised on October 22, 2024 to reflect update to land-surface datum elevation.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 17.7 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 7.8 ft, bottom of last opening 17.2 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 572 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: notch in PVC casing, 1.1 ft above land-surface datum, Sep. 22, 1992 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - September 1992 to current year.
GAGE - Monthly measurement by Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management.  Land-surface datum of gage is 572.0 feet above NAVD88.
COOPERATION - Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management, Rhode Island Water Resources Board.
REMARKS - Well was dry September 26, 1995. Lowest measured value, 14.75 ft below land surface, July 30, 2002.
