- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.

LOCATION - Lat 41°41'24.09", long 70°31'14.36" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Barnstable County, MA, Hydrologic Unit 01090002, 880 ft north of Snake Pond, 4,700 ft west of State Route 130, 1,000 ft east of the eastern boundary of the Massachusetts Military Reservation, Sandwich, MA.

WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 55 ft. Upper casing diameter 2.5 in; top of first opening 50 ft, bottom of last opening 55 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 86.1 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: top of 2.5-inch PVC casing, 0.17 ft below land-surface datum, Oct. 25, 1996, to present.
