- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 41°05'01.8", long 79°52'44.8" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Butler County, PA, Hydrologic Unit 05030105, at State Game Land Number 95.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 89 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 12 ft, bottom of last opening 89 ft. Drilled observation well, cased to 12 ft, open hole.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 1,457 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: top of shelf, 3.14 ft above land-surface datum, Mar. 15, 2001 to present. Prior to Mar. 15, 2001, top of casing, 2.30 ft. Elevation of land surface is from Lidar.
PERIOD OF RECORD - November 1970 to current year.
GAGE - Data collection platform with 60-minute recording interval since March 15, 2001. Satellite telemetry at station.
COOPERATION - Site maintained in cooperation with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and the U.S. Geological Survey.
REMARKS - Well may be affected by pumping. Daily maximum water levels are available for this well for the period of record. For some years, daily minimum and daily mean water levels may also be available from the USGS Pennsylvania Water Science Center Office.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Prior to October 2000, the extremes were based on extremes of the daily maximum depth below land-surface datum. Since that date, the extremes are based on the instantaneous depth below land-surface datum. Highest water level, 1.12 ft below land-surface datum, March 1, 2018; lowest, 31.06 ft below land-surface datum, Oct 16, 17, 18, 1983.
