- Water-Year Summary reports summarize a year of hydrologic data in a printer-friendly format.
- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 38°30'51.8", long 89°26'28.3" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NE 1/4 NW 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.21, T.1 N., R.3 W., Clinton County, IL, Hydrologic Unit 07140202, approximately 6 miles southwest of Carlyle. The well is located on 650 N. (Twin Bridge Rd.), 0.25 miles east of 1400 E. (Covington Rd.), 12.5 feet south of centerline. The well is 85 feet west of the center of the steel culvert (about 4' in diameter) under the field entrance on north side of road.
REVISIONS HISTORY -
Revisions: Land-surface datum was revised to 412.74 ft NAVD88 on Dec. 21, 2023, as determined by a GNSS Level II survey. Land-surface datum was previously published as 414.00 ft NGVD29 from topographic map. Discrete water-level measurements referenced to NGVD29 and NAVD88 were revised, based on changes to the land-surface datum.
Revisions: Water levels below land-surface datum and associated discrete water-level measurements prior to Oct. 11, 2023, were revised on Dec. 21, 2023, due to an incorrect measuring point (MP) height. Previous MP was 3.39 ft above land-surface datum (LSD). New corrected MP height is 3.29 ft above LSD.
