LOCATION - Lat 38°23'23", long 86°04'45" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NW 1/4 NW 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.33, T.1 S., R.4 E., Harrison County, IN, Hydrologic Unit 05140104, on Harrison County right-of-way, 2.0 mi southeast of Palmyra.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 93 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 54 ft, bottom of last opening 93 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 827.45 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: mark on top of floor of shelter, 3.1 ft above land-surface datum, Nov. 3, 1965 to Mar. 1, 2017; mark on top of floor of shelter, 2.44 ft above land-surface datum, Feb. 28, 2017 to present; mark on top of floor of shelter, 829.89 ft above land-surface datum, Feb. 28, 2017 to present.
