LOCATION - Lat 37°59'28", long 84°36'20" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Fayette County, KY, Hydrologic Unit 05100205,  
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 132 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening undefined, bottom of last opening undefined. Drilled unused artesian and water-table well, 6 inch Diameter, 131.4 feet deep, cased to 14.5 feet based on well re-development on March 16, 2017.  Well is a 6 inch bore with an 8 inch clay tile riser coming above land surface and a larger PVC riser is installed from land surface up to the MP of the well.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 955 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: TOP OF CASING, 1.89 ft above land-surface datum, Aug. 15, 2016 to present. Measuring point is a bolt installed in the PVC riser pipe 1.89 feet above LSD.
PERIOD OF RECORD - August 22, 2016 to present.
GAGE - Continuous water level recorder with telemetry, 15 minute interval.
