- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 36°47'47.23", long 76°00'43.11" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Virginia Beach City, VA, Hydrologic Unit 03010205, at end of Phantom Blvd, 0.3 mi south of intersection of Phantom Blvd and Harpers Road. Owner: Virginia Department of Environmental Quality.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 75 ft. Upper casing diameter 3 in; top of first opening 60 ft, bottom of last opening 70 ft. Drilled observation water well, screened 60 to 70 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 16.45 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: TOP OF STEEL CASING, 2.90 ft above land-surface datum, Apr. 25, 1984 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - April 1984 to current year. Unpublished records available October 1995 to September 2002 and prior to October 1987 in files of the USGS.
GAGE - Electronic data logger and pressure transducer, 15-minute record interval. Prior to June 15, 2005, occasional measurement with chalked tape by Virginia Department of Environmental Quality - Water Division and USGS personnel.
REMARKS - Well is located in Yorktown confining unit of Pliocene age.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level measured, 3.40 ft below land-surface datum, Feb. 7, 2010; lowest measured, 9.12 ft below land-surface datum, Nov. 6, 2001.
