LOCATION - Lat 33°12'56", long 92°48'37" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NE 1/4 NW 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.25, T.17 S., R.17 W., Union County, AR, Hydrologic Unit 08040206, and near El Dorado.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 648 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 596 ft, bottom of last opening 647 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 245 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of wood shelf in instrument housing, 3.5 ft above land-surface datum, Apr. 27, 1982 to Feb. 22, 2005; Hole in inside wood plate center, 0.25 ft above land-surface datum, Feb. 22, 2005 to present; Top edge of 1 1/4 hole in middle of metal plate, 1.05 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 17, 2019 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - Annual from 1982 to 1992 and continuous from Aug 2003 to current year.
GAGE - Continuous transducer with modem telemetry. Land Surface Datum of gage is 250.81 ft above NAVD of 1988, (Reference Frame NAD_83 (2011) (EPOCH:2010.0000) GEOID18).
Prior to September 3, 2024, the datum of Well was assumed to be 245.00 ft NAVD of 1988. However, was selected from a DEM with an accuracy of 1.6 ft. This value was not updated in the Monitor Location Registry.
Prior to July 7, 2016, the datum of well was 250.00 ft above NVGD 1929.
