LOCATION - Lat 40°30'10", long 108°01'58" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SE 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.02, T.6 N., R.95 W., Moffat County, CO, Hydrologic Unit 14050002, on left bank 60 ft downstream from bridge on U.S. Highway 40, 2.0 mi downstream from Lay Creek, and 3.0 mi east of Maybell.
DRAINAGE AREA - 3,383 mi².
