LOCATION - Lat 40°30'11.3", long 79°56'54.4" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Allegheny County, PA, Hydrologic Unit 05010009, on right bank 1.7 mi upstream from mouth at Allegheny River, 0.8 mi downstream from Little Pine Creek, and approximately 0.3 mi upstream from West Branch Pine Creek, at bridge on Crescent Street at Etna.
DRAINAGE AREA - 57.3 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - Revisions: Prior to January 2, 2024, the datum of gage was erroneously reported as 740 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - June 2006 to December 2014 (continuous discharge); October 2014 to current(gage height only).
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 727.0 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988.  Prior to January 2, 2024, the datum of gage was erroneously reported as 740 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929.  Satellite telemetry at station.
COOPERATION - Station established and maintained by the U.S. Geological Survey in cooperation with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District.
REMARKS -
