02310674 CHASSAHOWITZKA RIVER AT MOUTH NEAR CHASSAHOWITZKA, FL.
LOCATION - Lat 28°41'40", long 82°38'21" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SE 1/4 sec.31, T.20 S., R.17 E., Citrus County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03100207, (Chassahowitzka Bay quadrangle), on piling of a boundary marker for the Chassahowitzka National Refuge, about 1000 feet north of John's Island and considered at the mouth of the Chassahowitzka River. Gage is just downstream from May Creek, 1.09 miles downstream of Dog Island, 1.7 miles downstream of Crawford Creek and 4.9 miles downstream from the head springs of the river.
