LOCATION.--Lat 42°59'13.2", long
78°08'53.5" referenced to North American Datum of
1983, Genesee County, NY, Hydrologic Unit 04130003, on Genesee
County fairgrounds, east of Batavia.
WELL CHARACTERISTICS.--Depth 75 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 55 ft, bottom of last opening 75 ft. Cased to 75 ft (screen, 55 ft to 75 ft).
DATUM.--Land-surface datum is 896.94 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of extended casing, 2.65 ft above land-surface datum, Jun. 3, 2014 to Jun. 27, 2019; Top of extended casing, 2.67 ft above land-surface datum, Jun. 27, 2019 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--September 1997 to current year. Records for September 1997 to September 2002 are unpublished and in the files of the U.S. Geological Survey.
GAGE.--Water-stage recorder--15 minute; periodic measurements by USGS personnel.
REMARKS.--Satellite water-level telemeter at station.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Highest water level, 18.30 ft below land-surface datum, May 31, June 1, 2011; lowest water level, 41.24 ft below land-surface datum, Dec. 26, 2016.
