STATION.--414159079213601 WARREN COUNTY, local well number WR50
LOCATION.--Lat 41`41'58.1", long 79`21'35.8", Hydrologic Unit 05010003, at State Game Land 86.
OWNER.--U.S. Geological Survey.
AQUIFER.--Shale of Venango Formation of Late Devonian age.
WELL CHARACTERISTICS.--Drilled observation well, diameter 6 in., depth 105 ft, cased to 46 ft, open hole.
INSTRUMENTATION.--Data collection platform with 60-minute recording interval. Satellite telemetry at station.
DATUM.--Elevation of land surface is 1,215 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988, from Lidar. Measuring point: Top of casing, 2.00 ft above land-surface datum.
REMARKS.--Daily maximum, minimum, and mean water levels since October 1987 are available from the District Office.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--November 1972 to current year.
COOPERATION.--Funding for the operation of this station is provided by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and the U.S. Geological Survey.
This station managed by the PAWSC Pittsburgh Field Office.
